As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to disrupt life and create uncertainty, we wanted to assure those who use the Goldcare service that we remain fully operational with no disruptions. Please continue to use our service confidently.
We are still able to provide full stock levels for all brands and have enough to account for additional demand as people quite rightly prepare. Please feel free to place your prescription and order additional supplies.
It’s also important that we note that although additional supplies is a good idea, we do not anticipate that we will have any problems with our supply chain in the future. Should this change, we are committed to keeping the users of our service informed and you will be the first to know.
Our delivery network is still very much working and will continue to do so without any disruption. We have no reason to believe that there will be even moderate disruption at this stage and our delivery partners are still committed to delivering the supplies you need, when you need them.
CONTACT FREE DELIVERY
Our delivery partners, DPD, have introduced contact-free delivery as standard practice. This means that you will not be asked to sign for your parcel and can request for it to be left unattended for you to pick up once the delivery driver has left.
